At Idz Hobby, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or design chosen

  • Customer ordering errors

We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.

❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item

  • A photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the case

🚫 Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • If tracking shows “delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund after the courier’s investigation.

⏳ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after payment.
After this period, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

🌍 Customs, Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for all:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties charged by their country

These charges are not refundable.

⚠️ Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is lost:

  • No refund will be issued
