📦 Returns
We do not accept returns due to:

• Customer ordering errors

❌ Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:
• Order number
• Clear photos/video of the damage
• Shipping label
After verification, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered,” we cannot replace or refund.
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund.
⏳ Order Cancellation
You may cancel within 12 hours of payment. After that, orders are already processing.
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
